Terms and Conditions
• You can use your Tredders Gift Card online at www.tredders.com as full or part payment on your purchase.
• If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or cash if purchasing in-store.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We're really sorry – Gift Card transactions can only be made in GBP. All other currencies are currently unavailable.
• Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.

We know that you can’t wait to get your new Tredders items, so we will make sure you get them as quickly as possible. The vast majority of UK mainland orders are delivered in 5 working days or less. Please note that in some instances this may take longer. Orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday and tracking information will be provided on dispatch of your item.

International delivery
Delivery outside of the UK is calculated at checkout. Some duty may be charged by your country when your purchase is delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all additional charges incurred. Please note: Export of aerosol spray cans is prohibited by all international postal services. If an international order is placed containing aerosol products, you will be refunded for these products. Please contact us if you have any specific dates or requests.
Collection
Our store collection is free and easy! Simply pay online and collect in our Castle Ashby store. Collections are ready in store within 24 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Monday to Friday, or within 48 hours for orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays. A member of the team will be in touch once your order is ready to collect. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss a quicker collection time, please call us on 01604 696080 before placing your order and we will try to accommodate your request.
Upon collection, please bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase. If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days, we'll send you a reminder, and then another one after 20 days. At 30 days, we’ll refund your money and return the order.

- Same day dispatch is subject to stock availability.
If your order is delivered to you and it is damaged, deficient of items shown on the delivery note, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then please notify us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
