One of England?s finest shoemakers, Alfred Sargent was established in 1899 in our beloved hometown of Northampton. Now, more than 120 years on, Alfred Sargent continues to handcraft its fine quality English handmade shoes and boots at the very same Portland Road site where it first opened its doors. Creating its footwear in the exact same way as generations of Sargents have done before, master craftsman select only the best calf leathers and suedes before cutting, stitching and finishing the finest of British shoes.
